Craftitivity ("Craftitivity," "we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile and web application that helps users save, organize, and revisit craft inspiration, techniques, videos, and personal project ideas (the "App" or "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Craftitivity offers optional paid subscription tiers (Crafter and Crafter Plus). Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or web checkout, and subscription status is verified directly with Apple and Google. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details — these are handled by Apple, Google, or our payment processor. We do receive subscription status, tier, and transaction metadata (such as purchase date and renewal status) to manage your account access.

If Craftitivity is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
Free and Crafter-tier users may see advertisements within the App, served through third-party ad networks. These networks may use device identifiers or usage data to serve relevant ads, subject to your device's ad-tracking permissions. Crafter Plus subscribers do not receive advertisements.

If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and saved content.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Craftitivity is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our backend infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Craftitivity's infrastructure providers may store and process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
